Wen-Yong Su is an associate professor and a Master tutor at the Beijing Institute of Technology. He obtained a PhD degree in Applied Chemistry from the Beijing Institute of Technolgoy in March 2002. He has been engaging in research on computational condensed matter physics, and has published 20 peer-reviewed papers, including Nano Letters, Chemical Physics letters, etc. In order to explore and design excellent Nano electronic materials, which may provide ideal material candidates and theoretical guidance for further experiments as well as application research, carried out a coupling method of electron and external field based on the non-equilibrium Green's function method, and obtained some applications, mainly including: (1) Perylene tetracarboxylic diimide (PTCDI) has three orders of magnitude of gate voltage control currents; (2) Graphene has good conductivity under stretching and bending. (3) Silicon phosphide novel results were gained by tuning component propotion. He has taken part in three National Natural Science Foundations of China (NSFC), and in charge of one Basic Research Fund of Beijing Institute of Technology.
