Postdoctoral Researcher
School of Integrated Circuits and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology
May, 2025: Ya-Xin Zhao received her Ph.D. degree from Beijing Normal University.
Currently, she is mainly engaged in experimental research on condensed matter physics, with research interests focusing on the controllable fabrication of two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals (vdW) materials, as well as nanoscale tip manipulation and physical property investigation of 2D materials (e.g., graphene) using scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). In recent years, she has published a total of 9 academic papers, among which were published as the first author in journals including Nature Communications, Physical Review Letters and Physical Review B.
